This notice explains what personal information Nevora may collect through this website and enquiries, why we use it, who we may share it with and the choices available to you.
Important: This page explains Nevora’s current approach in plain English. It should be read alongside any project-specific agreement or quote.
Information we collect
When you use our enquiry form, contact us by email or WhatsApp, or start a project with us, we may collect information such as:
- your name and business name
- email address and telephone or WhatsApp details
- information about your website, project or requirements
- information needed to arrange payment and deliver the agreed service
- messages, files and other information you choose to send us
How we use your information
We use personal information only where we have a valid reason to do so, including to:
- respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects
- prepare, provide and support services you request
- communicate about project requirements, payments, delivery and support
- keep appropriate business, accounting and transaction records
- protect our website, systems and business from misuse
- comply with legal or regulatory obligations
Lawful bases
Depending on the circumstances, our processing may rely on legitimate interests, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or complying with a legal obligation. Where consent is required, we will ask for it and explain what it covers.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only where reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide the service, including with service providers such as hosting, website, email, payment and communication platforms.
For example, payments may be processed by Stripe and communications may take place through WhatsApp. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of project records, accounting requirements, disputes, legal obligations and legitimate business needs. When information is no longer required, we will securely delete it or otherwise dispose of it appropriately.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights including to:
- request access to your personal information
- ask us to correct inaccurate information
- ask us to delete information in certain circumstances
- ask us to restrict or object to certain processing
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the site, roughly where they are (country or city level) and the type of device and browser used. We use this information to improve the website. It is not used to identify you personally, and Google’s advertising features are switched off.
Google Analytics only runs if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you reject analytics, or don’t make a choice, no analytics cookies are set. Our lawful basis for analytics is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which can last for up to 2 years. Google provides this service on our behalf and may process the information outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. You can read more in Google’s own privacy information at policies.google.com.
We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every page, and we ask again after 12 months. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page, or the button below.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We may update this notice when our services, technology, data practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
